1. Principle of Data Minimization & Zero-Tracking Standard

Protecting your personal data is the highest priority for TENTIX™ LLC. We adhere to a strict Privacy-by-Design and Zero-Tracking philosophy:

No Unsolicited Tracking:  By default, we do not utilize third-party advertising cookies, conversion pixels (such as Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel), or behavioral analytics scripts (such as Google Analytics). Your visit remains entirely anonymous.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (Art. 6 GDPR)

Where we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing operations involving personal data, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR serves as the legal basis (e.g. voluntary submission of client testimonials).

When processing personal data necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR applies (e.g. project inquiries or orders).

Where processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR serves as the legal basis (e.g. security traffic filtering and DDoS protection).

4. Server Logfiles & Traffic Shield

When accessing our web services, our infrastructure automated system temporarily processes technical connection data:

Browser type and operating version
User operating system
IP address (anonymized/truncated for defense metrics)
Timestamp and transferred payload size

Log data is strictly processed to guarantee operational stability and prevent malicious network flooding. Log records are purged after at most 7 days.

5. Email Communication & Support Mailbox

When contacting us via support@tentix.space or inquiry forms, submitted messages and contact parameters are encrypted and stored in our protected database to process and resolve your requests.

6. Client Reviews & Anti-Spam Filtering

Within our showcase portfolio, clients may submit verified reviews. Explicit consent for verification and publication is mandatory (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Submitted entries undergo automated anti-spam and toxicity filtering.

You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by sending an informal request to support@tentix.space.
